How to find, activate, and replace a lost smartcard

You'll need a smartcard to use a GoGet and your smartcard needs to be activated before it can access GoGet vehicles.

For New Members

We'll post you out a smartcard or you can pick one up from one of our many Pick-Up Locations.

If you are in NSW or QLD you can collect a smartcard from the car on your next booking. Click here for more information.

Once you receive your smartcard, activate it in the app or website by visiting Profile and tapping Smartcard Management. Here you'll see an option to activate a smartcard.

Need to Replace your Smartcard?

You can report a smartcard lost, and order a new smartcard in the app or website by visiting Profile and tapping Smartcard Management and following the prompts.
