How to get a new smartcard and get back in your GoGet

We have a network of Pick-Up Locations that stock GoGet smartcards, so you can go and pick up a new smartcard, activate it in the app and start driving straight away.

You can activate it in the app or website by visiting Profile and tapping Smartcard Management and follow the prompts. You may need to repot a lost or stolen smartcard first.

Alternatively you can request a new smartcard to be posted out to you via the Smartcard Management section in the app or website.

In the Smartcard Management Section of the app, you can:

  • Report a Smartcard that has been lost or stolen
  • Request a new Smartcard to be sent to you in the post if there is no Pick-Up Point close by (this can take a few days to reach you)
  • Activate a new Smartcard
