How long does it take to become a GoGet Member?
Most memberships are approved within 24 hours, call us if you need to drive today
It takes about five minutes to complete the application to become a GoGet member.
Once we receive your application, it typically takes around 24 hours for it to be approved, but give us a call once you've submitted your application on 1300 769 389 if you need to get going sooner
To get you going ASAP, make sure you have:
- A valid credit/debit card or *PayPal *account
- Your driving license at hand
To join GoGet you will need to:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have no major violations recorded against your driving record in the past 3 years
- +1 year independent driving experience

You will need a smartcard to lock and unlock the car. If you are in NSW or QLD you can collect a smartcard from the car on your next booking. Click here for more information. If you don’t collect a smartcard we'll post you one. You can choose to pick up a GoGet smartcard from a Retail Partner if you need it sooner.
Once you have your smartcard you will need to activate it. First, make sure you have downloaded the GoGet app, then activate your smartcard through the Manage your Smartcard feature in the app.
