To join GoGet and pick up your smartcard from within a car, follow these simple steps:
1. Join GoGet
Find the plan which works best for you by checking out our website.
Simply click "Join Now" on the plan you'd like and follow the prompts. If you need more help while signing up, you can check out these articles:
2. Create a booking
Book your first car so you can pick up your smartcard.
3. Call GoGet at the start of your booking
TIP: Allow 5 minutes at the start of your booking to give us a call on 1300 769 389 (Option 1 to talk to someone, then Option 3). We'll help get you activated and on the road.
Call us at the start of your booking once you're at the car you'll be using.
We'll walk you through the steps of accessing the smartcard inside and activate it for you.
4. Once your smartcard is activated, simply "tap on" to the car and drive
That's it! You now have your own smartcard you can use for any future bookings!
