🧾️💸 If you have any more questions about the My Bookings page and our booking breakdowns, see below:
1. Where to find the transaction list, and why it's useful
The transaction list shows all of the transactions going in and out of your account. It has the same look and feel of a bank statement, so it's easy to compare your bank activity to your GoGet transactions if you need to find out what transaction occurred, and when.
The transaction list can only be viewed by the main Account holder.
You can find your transaction list by:
Clicking on "My Account"
Then, click on "Transactions"
2. Invoices
Viewing tax invoices from your Transaction list is super simple. Just click on the invoice ID to open the tax invoice
Your Tax invoice is a simplified version of the costs of your trip.
If you need to find out more about the trip, such as how many hours it took or if it included tolls, click on the blue "how was this calculated?" on your invoice. It will take you to the booking breakdown for that particular booking.
You can also always view the breakdown of your bookings on the "My Bookings" page.
To print or save your invoice as an image or pdf, click the Print Icon in the top right of your invoice.
3. How to download multiple invoices or transactions
There are a couple of ways to download multiple invoices or transactions on the Transaction List page.
First you will need to filter the specific details you are looking for:
Filter by Driver: This will let you filter specific transactions for specific drivers on your account
Date: Filtering by date will show you all transactions within that time period
Description: Filtering by description will show you specific types of transactions (e.g. Invoices, Credits, Payments, Refunds or Other)
Once you have filtered the information you need there are two different options to download your transactions:
Excel Spreadsheet
If you wish to download a spreadsheet of all of your filtered transactions, use the "Export" button in the top right corner of the table.
Make sure to only filter 6 months at a time when using the export button.
Individual PDF invoices
If you wish to download individual PDF versions of each invoice, you will need to click on the invoice ID (e.g. IN123ABC) for each invoice.
On the "Tax Invoice" page of an invoice, click on the printer icon (shown below). You can then choose to save this as a PDF (instead of printing).
4. Payments and Credits in your transaction list
The top of your transaction list will include a legend, so that you can easily tell which transactions are:
Invoices - due to be paid
Payments - successful charges from your account
Credits or Refunds - funds added back to your account
You can also tell if your account has payments owing, since the balance will be negative:
If you've been issued a credit, it will show up as extra funds on your account. This means that the extra funds will offset whatever the next total due is is on your account.
For example, if you had $10 in credit, and your next booking cost $30, then only $20 would be owing. The total on the transaction list would show $20.
You could match up the credit and payment for the same booking by them having the same invoice ID
5. Glossary of terms
Types of transactions
The first word of the description will explain what the transaction line is (INVOICE, REFUND, CREDIT, PAYMENT).
INVOICE - This could be for a booking, toll fees, membership fees or for an individual fine
REFUND - This will appear whenever a payment has been refunded to your selected payment method
CREDIT - This will appear whenever a credit or credit note is applied to your account
PAYMENT - This will appear whenever payment has been taken from your payment method on file
You can filter and search through descriptions using the icon
The Date column
This column shows the date and time the transaction was generated of charged. It may be different to the date of the booking.
You can filter the date using the filter icon
The Invoice ID
This column includes a unique ID for all invoices. Click on this Invoice ID to open up the Invoice
If a payment, refund or credit is related to the same invoice, the invoice ID will be the same
The Total Column
This column explains the total amount due for an invoice or the total amount charged/refunded.
