Membership fees

What are they?

Membership fees are charged for the administrative costs that it takes to manage your account. The exact cost, and when they are charged, will depend on your plan.

To check out what the membership fees of your plan are, head to our current rates and pricing, and look for the cost under your plan.

For example, a GoStarter plan charges a $49 Membership fee annually:

Pre-authorisation

A pre-authorisation of $1 may be temporarily held at the time of sign up or booking to validate your payment method.

The pre-auth will automatically be released from your account within 10 business days, which is why it isn't included in the minimum total cost of signing up.

If you have any issues, please reach out and we can help.
