What you can do on the My Bookings page

  • You can view past, current and future bookings on the "My Bookings" page.

  • Here, you can see the breakdown of every booking, such as the hours, km's, tolls, day rate conversion etc. of a booking. Simply 🖱 click on a booking to open its breakdown.

  • Each section of the booking breakdown will include its own subtotal. When all totals are added together, you get the Trip Total.

Time and Distance Charges

  • Here is a breakdown of the costs of hours and km's driven.

  • If a booking has been converted to the Day rate because it was cheaper, it will show it here. An example can be seen below:


Day Rate Upgrade

  • This is a new feature to show how much you save when a booking is automatically converted to a Day Rate Booking.

  • The Time and Distance charges will show the cost of your booking if it was charged by the hour. Below this will include a breakdown of the difference in price between the hourly cost and the new cost now that it is a day rate booking

    • For example, when this booking was charged by the hour, it cost $154.20. This booking became $59.20 cheaper after the Day Rate upgrade, making the actual total $95.

Other Charges

  • This will include any location fees, system-generated fines, Damage Cover, Pod Discounts etc.


Toll Charges

  • This section will show all tolls that were incurred during the trip.

  • We’ll charge tolls related to each trip 7 days after the trip has ended. In some cases we might receive additional toll charges from operators after 7 days. We’ll pass these on when they come through. Tolls will only start to appear in this section after 7 days.


Discounts

  • This section will include all Discounts relevant to your booking. This could include Pod Specials, Promotion codes or any other discounts that apply.


Payments Made

  • This section will include payments, credits and refunds relevant to your booking.

  • Anything under the Payments Made section will affect the Total Due.

    • For example, if you were given a $10 credit on a booking, and the trip total was $30, then the Total Due will be $20.

Booking charges are indicative. Prices may vary, for the most up-to-date pricing, check the cost in the app at the time of booking.
