Change or cancel a booking
You can change or cancel your booking right up until the booking starts. The best way to do this is by using the GoGet App, available on iPhone and Android.
You can’t change, shorten or delete a booking if it has already started, even if you recently made the booking.
For example: if it’s 5.15pm, and you made a booking from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. So you can no longer shorten or cancel this booking, but you can always extend your booking.
On the App:
Go to "Manage My Booking"
Click "cancel"
On the computer:
Click on your blue booking
Click "cancel booking"
