If you've got a flat/damaged tyre, it's necessary to pull over in a safe spot and call us on 1300 769 389. We will organise for roadside assistance to repair or replace the tyre. You must remain with the vehicle until assistance arrives.

GoGet vehicles contain the relevant factory tools for tyre replacement. Changing the tyre is at your own risk and you should only do so if competent and in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's manual. You may replace the tyre with the factory spare, however, this will mean that the vehicle has to be driven back to its pod immediately, since spare tyres are only a temporary replacement.
