How tolls work

All GoGet cars are equipped with tags or utilise tagless technology, so when you drive on a toll road, your GoGet account is automatically charged with the toll amount. We don't charge any additional fees for tolls, you'll only be charged the amount of your toll.

Note: If you own an e-Tag, please don't bring it into the car. The magic toll reader will make them both beep, and charge both accounts. It's rather difficult to get a refund on one of them, trust us!

Please note that the M5 cashback program is not valid for carshare or car rental vehicles.

Where do I see my toll charges?

You can check out your toll charges in the booking breakdowns on your "My Bookings" page. Once they've been charged, they'll show up in your Transactions List.

When will tolls be charged? Why is there a delay?

We receive toll charges from operators a few days after each booking. Due to this delay, we charge tolls separately to post-trip charges.

We’ll charge tolls related to each trip within 7 days after the trip has ended. In some cases, we might receive additional toll charges from operators after 7 days. We’ll pass these on when they come through.
