Each member has their own unique smartcard which is used to unlock and lock your GoGet car. You will need to keep it on hand to access our cars and throughout your booking. Never share your smartcard, even with other people on your own account.

Your smartcard uses contactless technology. You can keep your smartcard in your wallet or attach it to your keys, so you’ll always be ready to go.
