If you're running late for a booking, this may affect other users of GoGet, So it's really important that you let us know as soon as possible. As long as you extend your booking within 20 minutes of it ending, or give us reasonable notice that you are running late, you won't incur penalties.

If you return the vehicle past the booking time and have not notified GoGet, you will incur a $25 fee in addition to having to pay for the extra time you used the car.

If another member has a booking immediately after yours and is inconvenienced by your being late, you may also be liable for an additional penalty.

We're a pretty understanding team here at GoGet and know just how frustrating it can be to be waiting for a vehicle that is late coming back.
