Have you misplaced your smartcard? Whether you’re sure you saw it yesterday, or have left it behind long ago, no need to worry!

We have a network of Pick-Up Locations that stock our Member Packs, so you can go and pick up a new smartcard and start driving straight away.

Once you have a new smartcard you can activate it in the app or online.

Here, you can:

  • Deactivate a Smartcard that has been lost or stolen

  • Activate a new Smartcard

  • Request a new Smartcard to be sent to you in the post if there is no Pick-Up Point close by (this can take up to ten business days)
