Ancillary Fees (GoGet Fines) | Description |
System Generated Fee: Late Return | If you return a vehicle past your nominated booking end time (as shown on your booking confirmation email) you will be charged a $25.00 penalty. You will also be charged for any additional time and KM's driven at the standard usage rates included in your membership. |
System Generated Fee: Accessed vehicle without a valid booking | If you access or use a GoGet vehicle without a valid booking you will be charged a penalty of $25.00, in addition, you will also be charged for the time that you use the car at the standard rates included in your membership. |
System Generated Fee: Early Pickup | If you collect a vehicle before your nominated booking start time (as shown on your booking confirmation email) you will be charged a $25.00 penalty. You will also be charged for any additional time and KM's driven at the standard usage rates included in your membership. |
Inconvenience Fine | If another member is inconvenienced due to an action that you have taken e.g leaving the car with less than 1/4 of a tank of petrol, returning an electric vehicle and not placing it back on charge, returning a vehicle to the wrong location without advising us, misplacing the fuel card or a returning a vehicle late you will be charged a $25.00 penalty (this is in addition to any system generated fees and standard usage rates). |
Dirty Car Fee: | If you smoke, leave pet hair in the car or leave the vehicle in a dirty condition you will be charged a cleaning fee. This fee is a minimum of $90 and can be up to $300 for serious offences such as leaving a car in an unusable condition. |
Callout Fee | If as a result of your negligence or actions we need to arrange for roadside or in pod assistance (e.g lost keys or smartcard, flat battery, run out of petrol, flat tyre caused by negligence) you will be charged a minimum of $90. You may also be charged for any towing and recovery fees and for the time that the vehicle is unable to be used. |
Administration Fee: Infringements | When a GoGet Member commits a traffic or parking related offence GoGet is legally obligated to nominate the driver of the vehicle responsible to the issuing authority (police, local council etc). GoGet is required to investigate who was driving, sign a statutory declaration and complete relevant forms. If you do receive a traffic or parking offence we will charge you $25.00 for this process. (this is in addition to the infringment amount payable to the issuing authority) |
Fine: Other (Towing/Recovery) | If we are required to Tow or Recover a vehicle due to your actions whilst using the car you will be charged $200 + the full towing cost as charged to GoGet by the towing company. You may also be charged your standard usage rates for any time that the vehicle is not in service. |
Late Payment Fee: | A late payment fee of 2% on your owing balance may be added to your statement if we haven't received full payment within 30 days, after the due date listed on your invoice. |
