GoGet will refund any application and membership fees paid if your application is rejected.

If you cancel your membership in your initial term (1, 6 or 12 months depending on your membership plan) fees will not be refunded, except in specific circumstances described in the membership agreement.

After the initial term, membership fees will be refunded on a pro-rated basis as described in the membership agreement.

Your rights to refunds under the membership agreement are in addition to any refund rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
