Before you call GoGet or book another car, follow these steps:
1. Check you're at the correct car
It might be obvious but it happens. Check the number plate against your booking in the App or in your confirmation email or text.
2. Do you have the right smartcard?
Each driver has their own smartcard, and the car won’t unlock for others.
If you've tried 1 and 2 but the car still won't open, go to 3.
3. Your car might be unresponsive
If you’re sure you’re using the right smartcard to get into the right car, the vehicle may be unresponsive.
If you’re at the start of your booking, just book another car and let us know with the details of which car was unresponsive and which car you've booked instead.
