Kilometre charges, tolls, etc. mean that we can’t invoice bookings in real-time. It takes until the following month for the system to calculate all costs and an invoice reflecting this to be issued.
A cost estimate is provided with each booking confirmation. This estimate is based on hourly charges plus damage cover and any possible location surcharges (if applicable) but excludes kilometres or tolls.
You can find the estimated booking cost in your confirmation email.
