Reasons why the fuel card might not work:
You've purchased the wrong fuel
The fuel cards are programmed to only work with the right fuel for the car. If you've used the wrong fuel, the card won't work.
Check your booking confirmation or the fuel cardholder for the correct fuel to use.
You're using the wrong PIN number:
The PIN is specific to the car. Please check the app for the PIN. If you've accidentally taken the wrong car, the PIN you have will be incorrect.

Technical or admin error.
Getting a fuel reimbursement
If the fuel card doesn't work you may need to make the payment yourself. Take a photo of the itemised tax receipt, and use this form to get reimbursed.
