We pride ourselves on providing clean, comfortable cars for everybody to use. Our team of cleaners are constantly out on the road cleaning cars inside and out, but we also rely on you, our Members, to tidy up at the end of your booking. If you ever eat in the car, take home gardening supplies or had a nice day at the beach, please make sure you tidy up when you finish your trip. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just leave it how you'd like to find it.

GoGet vehicles are cleaned at least once every two weeks, with increased frequency for high use vehicles. See what we're doing in light of COVID-19 here.

If you get to the car at the start of your booking and find it's beyond a simple tidy up, you can chat with us and let us know what needs cleaning.

If the car is in an unacceptable state, chat with us about what's happened, and then book another car - we won't charge you for the original booking.

Remember, it’s always easier to prevent mess than to clean it up, so take towels and sheets if you ever think there might be spillage.
