Your smartcard needs to be activated before it can access GoGet vehicles.
There are multiple ways to get a smart card if you're signing up for GoGet or need to replace a lost smartcard. We can post you one that's already been activated, or you can pick one up from one of our many Pick-Up Locations.
If you received a smartcard in the post after signing up, it's already active and there's nothing you need to do.
