Your smartcard needs to be activated before you can access GoGet vehicles.
If you are new to GoGet and need a smartcard, or need to replace your old smartcard you can:
Request for a smartcard to be posted to your residential address here
Collect a smartcard from one of our Retail Partners
Once you have your smartcard you will need to activate it online or in the GoGet app, within the section called Manage your smartcard.
If you need a new smartcard, request one in the same section of the app.
