Fuel up: Make sure there's at least ¼ tank of fuel. ⛽
Everything off: Turn off the engine, lights, and anything else that might drain the battery. 💡
If you are driving a push-button start hybrid vehicle, make sure that the engine is switched off or you will not be able to end your booking.Clean up: Take all your belongings and any rubbish with you. 🚮
Keys in: Leave the keys inside the car. 🔑
Park right: Return the car to its designated location from where you picked it up. Your booking confirmation and GoGet app have the location details. 🅿️
Tap off: Lock the car by tapping off with your GoGet smartcard before your booking ends. This lets us know you're done with your trip. 🏷️🔐
Important Reminders:
Tapping off late: Tapping off after your booking has ended will result in a fine. Find out more here.
Unlocking issues: If you can't tap off and lock your booked vehicle, make sure the engine is switched off (especially for hybrid vehicles).
