The easiest way to find the location of your GoGet car or van is in our app. Visit the Bookings tab and select Upcoming Bookings. Once you click on your booking, you will see an option to view the Location. This will bring up a map of the pod location.
To see more information and any special access information for the pod, click on the info icon (i) within the map.
Here you will also find info on what to do if the pod is taken when you bring it back at the end of your booking.
Along with the info in the app, you will also receive an email booking confirmation with the location details and any special instructions you may need to access the GoGet pod.
If the pod has multiple cars in it, please check the car name or number plate against your Upcoming Bookings in the app or your Booking Confirmation email.
